Rip that squad up and never, ever let the mediocrity seep back into it. I don't care if the next few seasons are mid table finishes if it means building a decent squad for a more successful future. Take our time. Find those unearthed gems. They are out there. No more prima donnas. Let's build a team of winners. Let's build something worthy of Everton football club.
