Ed025 is spot on. now they're talking about docking us points for interest payments on the new stadium. Why don't they just relegate us if that's the aim.
They will change the rules so Man City, Chelsea and other big clubs who we haven't heard of yet don't get punished. It's a stitch up and a disgrace.

I get that ed025, and understand how much we want to vent our anger, after all this site is very much used for exactly that, however to start to get in to the legal or monetary aspect does us no good as none of us really understand that side.
I’d love to get back to just discussing the football on the pitch.
{Ed025's Note - unfortunately Chalkie its hard to talk about the football we are producing at the moment mate, its abysmal and archaic and we are so hard to watch, bitching about our misfortune is all i have at the moment im afraid.. :)

I understand that over a 100 charges take a long time to prepare for, but how can it be fair that a club with one charge is fast tracked into obliteration whilst the former is free to take advantage of the success gained off the back of ‘clever’ accountancy. Any team charged on the old FFP rules must be held to account in the same way that Everton and Forest have been, not that that’s consistent either.
{Ed025's Note - its a stitch up for me JB, this City case goes back almost 15 years mate and they have not been brought to book yet so im calling foul, i know i might sound like Kevin from Kevin and Perry...but "its so unfair".. :)
