Am curious in what are scouts actually get up 2 behind to the scenes and do they actually travel abroad to south America or even Europe in that matter to scouts players with potential on a daily basis but kalvin phillips no thank you he was brilliant at Leeds but hasn't done much with no game time and also his injuries to this date.

It’s obviously clickbait nonsense.
Firstly he’s rubbish.
Secondly Moyes already worked with him at West Ham and couldn’t improve him and was a disastrous move.
Thirdly he’s 29 and not improving
Fourthly we already have a player on loan from city so would have to be a purchase in an area we don’t desperately need cover for.
Fifthly he’s rubbish.
