Beto is clearly not the answer. If anything what little form he had has gone. Just looks slow and cumbersome. Barry not ready and club suggesting they are not looking to spend in January, means Moyes has to come up with a new plan.
Maybe bin the idea of a lump up front and change the style of play. If it stops Pickford just launching it up the pitch then I am all for that.
First half hoofing it looked bloody awful. Second half kept it on the floor and looked so much better.

We are going to have to make do until then. Get the ball on the floor, play balls for Beto to run onto. Give Barry as much game time as possible and pray we start to have a threat up ftont.

Put Ndiaye up top and Alcaraz or Dibbling on RW. We aren't a long ball team anymore so no need for 6ft4 or 6ft5 strikers who look clumsy.

I'm all for the Beto Bazza swap but fans need to be aware he's one for the future and not kill him. Beto bashing is totally justified. I didn't agree with the mob calling for that 16 year kid a few weeks ago but maybe its time to give him a spot on the bench? Is he ready for the physicality of mens footy? Does it do more harm than good? I've no idea how he compares in height and weigbt but we are desperate for a new idea up top. Though I'm totally against this false9 nonsense and or wasting Ndiaye as a 9. Opposition CBs would have it easy with a lightweight target man. The kid from saints looked good and is clearly pushing for more minutes.

The mob were just calling out for anyone other than beto as nobody could be any worse. His first touch outs under too much pressure and it can be like playing with ten men. It's about time even his most ardent supporters admit he's gash.
