Will start with the positives. Michael Keane was absolutely phenomenal today, not sure he lost a single duel. Tarkowski stepped up from his recent performances too which was great to see.
I have said this already but Iroegbunam is not a DM. Does not have the intelligence or defensive nous to play that position. Rohl came on and for me, showed enough to start next game. He is brilliant at tracking men and physical enough to intercept the ball but also looks to press when the time is right, as opposed to playing safe and sitting. Already easily better than Tim.
Beto was tragic. If we had signed a Vardy, that chance from the brilliant Jimmy ball is a goal. That being said, I don't think we can drop him for Barry. What does he do? He just runs around aimlessly. Stuck in no man's land. Imo, I would rather have Dibling or Ndiaye playing the no9.
That game was absolutely there for the taking today. Villa were happy with the point. You could see it a mile off. Criminal for me that Dibling or Charlie didn't get some minutes to try and change the game. The way the game was stretched it would have been perfect for Dibling.
A point is better than a loss but we should have gone for the 3 today. Villa didn't want to know. These are the types of games that are the difference between getting Europe and not.
2 pts dropped but better than 0 I guess.

You make a good point BN mate, I was dead against Vardy because of his age but after watching Beto miss two sitters in the first 10 minutes he is truely awful, even if Vardy only plays 45 mins we would be better off as you say mate 2 points lost.

I hate to say if but even that rat maupay would of finished them chances beto had. That sent a shiver down my spine writing that.

Keane could have had a hatrick today. He’s lost his scoring touch but his defending has come on leaps and bounds.
Beto really didn’t have a good day. He lacks confidence. Vardy may have knocked in a goal but I’d bet so would several Championship strikers. Barry will likely start the next game.
It was refreshing to see us not ‘holding on’ for points but very much in control for most of the game and looking the side more likely to score. Shame he didn’t give Dibling a run. For the price we paid, I’d hope to see him involved ever game if possible.

Maupay wouldn't have even been in the box for them chances dentie.

I said in July that Vardy on a free was a no brainer. With what we have now, he would've easily got 15 goals this season.
Maybe time to play a false 9. With the attacking midfield we have they can easily interchange up front.
Beto isn't Premier league standard and Barry is way too inexperienced and raw to be our 1st choice atm.
Hopefully our recruitment team have tapped up a decent option for January. Can't see TFG being overly patient if a decent striker isn't brought in.

Not just the sitters GB the whole game the ball just bounces off him, unacceptable at this level. The big positive with this Squad we are not going to be relegated ?. Oh and no way will City sell us Grealish for less than £50 mill.

For me no good playing Ndyia as striker, far to valuable playing as he is now.

Didn't even notice Barry till he missed a easy chance.
