I never knew Grealish was such a s***house but he loves the physical battle.
Why did it take that dreadful first half to spring us into action I don't know.
Alcaraz was brilliant when he came on. Desire and energy aplenty.
It is time to play Beto consistently. Not because he is very good but because Barry is just that bad. At lest Beto moves and looks like he is trying for the team. Shame that header didn't go in for him but made up for Grealish.
Garner very solid again.
Got very lucky there with a penalty and a snide goal at the end but will absolutely take it. Palace should have been out of sight before we had the chance to get back into it.

They should have BN but then how many times have we said that about us this season.

Never liked Beto but have to say out the two he’s better he played well today, on another note Grealish and Ndiaye were both kicked all over the pitch.

Indeed BlueNose we mustn’t underestimate the efforts of Pickford, he kept Everton in the game, we could have been 3 down at half time.
Alcaraz was superb and hopefully will get a run in the side now. I agree about Beto too. Barry looks well out of his depth. Beto gives his all and actually he occupied the Palace centre halves creating space for the attacking midfielders.

Was a penalty (not lucky) Grealish not a s***house and never been chicken. In the right place at the right time for our second, good header by Beto. Moyes good subs timing, excellent second half against a very good side.

Yeah you are right BMD.
Great shout on Pickford Swinners. I guess we are just used to him being quality for us for quite some time now mate.
I didn't say the penalty was lucky. I said we were lucky, meaning to come away with the 3 points out of the overall balance of the game.
Grealish is a s**house. It wasn't an insult, it helps us massively, not to mention entertainment value. Headlocks, barges, winding up and gobbing off to players and referees.

Different interpretation BN1878 sorry. In my 75 years a S***house has always been a master at bating, not one to be trusted, Never heard or read it to be used as a compliment.

Starting to worry about your glowing reference for Dibling BN. Lad looked lost most of that first half.

Agree about Pickford lads. He really kept us in the game in the first half.
05 Oct 2025 20:00:55
Looked no more lost than the entire 10 outfield players did in the first half. At least he was tracking his men and putting tackles in. If Barry had a modicum of intelligent movement, Dibling could have easily had an assist.
There wasn't one player who played well, apart from Pickford and possibly James Garner. The only reason he got taken off was because he isn't going to take Grealish and Ndiaye off. One of them.
5 minutes against Liverpool, 10 against West Ham and then a half against one of, if not the most in form teams in the league.
I am starting to worry that you would rather see him fail to have a told you so moment than see him be a success for Everton Football Club. If accurate, very weird indeed.

He looked no more lost than the entire team did in the first half BR. Other than Pickford and maybe Garner, we were abysmal.
Ndiaye is one of our best performers and he passed the ball 9 times in the 1st 45 minutes, made 0 tackles and won 0 fouls. Dibling passed it 7 times but made 2 tackles and won 2 fouls. It is no secret of our preference to go down the left flank with Grealish. By no means am I saying that the above means Dibling played well but he certainly did nothing to warrant coming off above anybody else. If Barry had a modicum of movement or intelligence, he would have made the run across the 6 yard box and possibly got himself a goal and Dibling an assist, however, he just stood still on the edge of the box, even though Dibling had got the run on Mitchell and needed someone to aim for. Instead it went straight to Henderson.
5 minutes against Liverpool, 10 against West Ham and a half against arguably the most in form team in the league, that have just beat the Champions. I guess Isak is sh**e now because he hasn't scored for Liverpool other than against Saints in the League Cup ey.
I am starting to worry that you would rather see Dibling fail at Everton Football Club, just so you can have a "Told you so" moment. You have commented on him a few times now, even though the initial post doesn't mention him - it is very odd.
