If the latest reverlations about philip green role in evertons boardroom proves to be correct, then, quite simply, we have been lied to for years, and those responsible, weather on the board, or at seniour management level, should now do the right thing, hold their hands up, and leave, however, I i'm not holding my breath.

Hang them I say. before they have a chance to defend themselves. Hey, so far we know that a certain supermarket had agreed to help fund the building of a stadium in conjunction with a high tech superstore. The supermarket's boss at the time was Phillip Green. He is an Evertonian. (I hate to admit that part) . The BHS scandal means that journalists are looking for links to involve the guy with any gutter stories at the moment. So far there is no evidence of anything underhand. I am not saying we are whiter than white nor am I saying things will not be revealed. But we should wait to see what comes out before having a witch hunt and drowning them to see if they are guilty!

I thought the supermarket Everton fan was Sir Terry Learey. And that Sir Philip Green was the owner of Arcadia and a Spurs fan. I could be wrong.

Green I believe lent the money to BK.
Green had no interest in running a football club.
And yes he's a spurs fan!

Phew, but I think he was in the negotiations with Liverpool Council on behalf of the supermarket and with of course Everton FC. But nothing transpired so let's hope we were whiter than white.

Green is a tottenham fan that's probably how redknapp knew who we were signing. Maybe niasse was his last dodgy deal as the invisible till controller, just hope we don't get dragged in the inquiry and under new ownership we can move on.

Who cares about Green. Shadow director or not it makes no difference whatsoever to our club.

Not a rumour but just wondered. If we move to a new stadium, what other Evertonians would like/ or think the new stadium should be called?
I guess it depends on the area it's built.

Depends on who pays the most for the naming rights I guess.

Think you are right as money talks. Would like stands to be named after club legend though, even if some were combined eg Holy Trinity End.
Will we even be consulted?
