Interesting article in the media this morning. quoting Sky, Everton are highest in the Premier League regarding pressing forward having accumulated 68 where as Newcastle and Spurs are the worst with 37,they go on to say that Marco's tactics are definitely working and should be applauded, interesting.

It means we are pressing up the pitch and our defence is good, that's a very good sign to me that Marco is getting things right with the team mate.

That's all well and good. We've conceded 8 goals in 3 games, don't create clear chances and we are predictable. Poor.

I think that as well Ed. I still think we need to get Richarlison back on the left or even up top. I saw him cut inside from the right a few times today but he doesn't hit them with his left or pick out the pass like he can with his right.
{Ed025's Note - its not the forward play that worries me chris although we do need to convert more chances, its the defending which is naive at best that is my biggest concern, we have to score 4 to win a game of late and thats not going to happen mate, too many individual errors for me and the midfield dont help enough when we dont have the ball, im not giving up on silva just yet but he does need to get them working harder and defending as a unit, we all knew this was not a quick fix but we have to see some progress or he will be under pressure..
