Just watched the full SD presser. One thing that stood out for me which certainly sits well with me is his repeated comment around ‘earn respect’
I mentioned this with our new signings as I very much always start from this basis, whilst still supporting, they need to earn my respect before I give blind loyalty to them just because they pull on a blue shirt. I like what I am hearing let’s see if we see a change on the pitch ?.

Yep watched it all myself. He does come across very well and impressive, like how he showed Frank respect in not belittling his methods etc. Does bring some optimism to the table, kind of shame our next 2 games are what they are but heyhoo imagine if we actually won 1!

As he says it is critically important for our club to all get behind him and the time now more than ever, we all know the shambles that have gone on in the past but none of this is Dyches doing. Give the bloke a chance, its all about survival this season, it might not be pretty or the so called modern way but if we are sat 17th come that final whistles on last day am sure we'd all take that. UTFT COYB. ?.

He's an honest guy. Openly admitted if we were higher he would not be here. He said I'm a marmite manager. Well let's hope we all like marmite soon. I works in Burnley and know many of the Burnley fans held him in high esteem. There is even a pub named after him. The Royal Dyche I think it's called. I think the players will take to him.

Burnley fans love him, that bodes well for me when people compare him to Allardyce.

If he completes his main task which must be to retain our PL status he will be more than a ''marmite'' manager here because his honesty alone puts him head and shoulders above SA.
