I have had a good couple of hours to process my thoughts on today and I feel sorry for Rafa in some repects, he has had a rough ride from day one but I now believe for Rafa and ourselves it is best he leaves, wish him well and put this chapter behind us. How did our club get into this mess?
Eds, do you think more players will be coming in even if/ when Rafa goes? This squad needs to accept a lot of the blame and we definitely need more reinforcements.

He has had his day he is a dinosaur his methods do not work anymore. Another board mistake, wasting more money, time and further humiliating our club.

Reading Ed002's comments, maybe I have been wrong in having a pop at BK and his influence. Or taking Ed's comment into account perhaps
BK's experience and advice is being ignored in favour of this interference. All seems to have gone wrong since Moyes left. But it is the players and coaches that have messed up on the pitch.

Genuine question Ed but how is interference affecting the team on match day?
Surely Rafa picks the team and gives them instructions on tactics?
Or is the interference having an impact on the match day performance?

I don’t think we will ever find out ducks tbh but in my opinion everyone needs to have a long hard look in the mirror. Some of the decisions at board level have been disastrous, some of the playing decisions- again disastrous. Fan protests (the Arsenal game) was a joke. Banners against the manager before he had even been appointed classless. We need to hit the reset button top to bottom.
