So who do we go for if Rafa goes, a young guy like Potter or an established manager from Europe or an out of work manager from over here, all have flaws, I am beginning to loose count how many managers we have had recently and all have failed miserably, just can't see anyone motivating our Team with so many poor players that we have even with the huge amount of money that has been shelled out.

Mark Hughes?
Doubt any of the above would be an improvement on Rafa even as bad as he currently is.

Lucien Favre for me. He has a history of improving players, getting teams organised and playing good football.
With his ability to improve players he has plenty of donkeys to try and turn into racehorses. Mind you even if Paul Daniels was still alive I think even he would struggle with this lot .

favre cannot get a job and always has a great first season before falling apart and getting sacked in the second.
Some players and managers fail at clubs before finding success at other. We wait and see.
