I was just wondering why the chair of this so called independent panel felt he had the need to comment on the clubs that got relegated might be able to sue us and in the same report say we had no advantage on the field, they all got relegated because they were worse than us. I am convinced that we will stay up and hopefully win on appeal at least 5 points back. Come on boys stick it to the PL.

Can we possibly win points back from them? I think the ruling has happened and there is diddly squat we can do about it now. We just have to get our arses in gear and start climbing the table.

It may also be increased Ed001, maybe it would be better just to accept the ten point ruling and make sure that we get enough points to stay up.
{Ed001's Note - I would think that unlikely considering they only requested 12 points, and the prosecution always asks for the maximum possible punishment.}

All well and good appealing, and we should, but this would have to take place immediately and the decision made on any point deduction being reduced being made ASAP.
How will anyone in the bottom 6 know how they stand if all of a sudden we gain 4 points overnight with a couple of games to go, and that also goes for us.
This is going to get very messy.
I just hope we go on a good run and get ourselves out of this before it becomes an issue.
Next couple of months we have some difficult games against the top teams, a few points from them and I can see us safe.
