Mail now saying that the Teams that we're going to sue us are now no longer going to as they favour a negotiated settlement, can they actually do this does anyone know.

That's admitting guilt and everton said they have done nothing wrong.

We have admitted doing wrong though, it's the severity of the punishment the club is appealing against.

As would any club.

We the supporters have to accept some responsibility also.
1. Our Chairman (RIP) looked for years for investment but it took ages because he wanted to retain a role. 2. Mr Moshri came in with near zero experience and apparently took advice from those only interested in themselves. 3. We saw dollar signs and craved instant success, no Manager was good enough, banners were flown, protests made, Mr Moshri wanted to be all things to all men. We are now reaping what was sown. 1954! 69-70 years later we may finally drop. We are all to blame.
